While issuing a statement on Sunday, he urged the Commission to investigate the Federal Parliament, the National Human Rights Commission, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), the disappeared persons (CIEDP), the United Nations Human Rights Council and many other national and international agencies. Justice for Victims of a Decade of Maoist Rebellion
"Victims are being threatened, endangered, endangered and misguided. This statement develops on the basis of political and personal self-interest, which is to reduce the achievements made in front of transitional justice and demand justice. Continuing to overcome the process is oriented.
For more than a decade since the Maoists joined mainstream politics, thousands of victims of state security forces and Maoist insurgents suffered a fair degree of justice between 1996 and 2006. The government has given success to the millions of rupees to the families of those killed and forcibly disappeared during the struggle. But sexual harassment, rape and torture continued on the sufferings of the victims because they have not received any support.
TRC has received about 33,000 complaints, while CIEDP has about 3,000 cases registered as two bodies were formed four years ago. TRC has not completed the study of 5000 complaints so far, while CIDP has not completed more than half of the initial registered cases. Expanded terms of the two commissions formed in February 2015 end in three months. Although the government has not clarified its position, it is possible that their conditions will be extended again.
