According to a notice on China's official government website (http://www.gov.cn) on Thursday, the two sides signed more than 10 agreements related to technology, transport, infrastructure and political cooperation.
China Daily, citing Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, said that China would also like to work with Nepal to create a "cross-Himalayan connectivity network" through aviation, trade ports, highways and telecommunications.
In an interview with the state-run Chinese Tombold Global Times on Friday, Oli said that "border cross-connectivity" was the top priority of Nepal, and he asked both countries to work together to develop Nepal's water power resources. .
Nepal has made a $ 2.5 billion deal with the state-owned Gizauba Group to build a hydropower facility in the west of the country.
The $ 1.6 billion deal with China's three Gorges Project Corporation is also doubtful for the construction of West SET Hydropower Plant in Nepal, officials said that Chinese companies are worried about better conditions.
Oli told the Global Times that nothing has been decided so far and the Western Seti project is still under consideration by Nepal's Investment Board.
